This week Michelle and I want to share our thoughts and opinions on women in the [creative] workspace. We want to chat about the potentially faulty thinking in how women are perceived and how we relate to the opposite sex.

Eves Karydas “Further Than The Planes Fly”
Our Thoughts, Opinions, & Quick Takeaways
- Jennifer Lawrence Quote
- Michelle and I respect men and we recognize and appreciate the differences in men and women
- Women don’t have as much ego built in to us as men potentially do so I don’t think that women are as “noisy” as men about what they want
- The perception of women in leadership roles is that they have to be a “grinch” to do it as well as a man
- Women often fell like we have to “prove” ourselves
- We think embracing the idea of “equal but different” could be life changing for both men and women in a creative workspace
UPDATE:
I decided to put filming new episodes for Design Tip Tuesday on YouTube on hiatus. For more details, listen to the end of the podcast 😉
